The Nevada County Land Trust mission is to enrich the deep community connection
with our land. To accomplish this, the Land Trust offers a number of recreation
and educational activities for our diverse community.

Treks
An amazing variety of Treks are offered encompassing local geography and topics
for all ages and abilities. Treks are lead by local experts in history, mining
engineering, ornithology, astronomy, archeology, botany, biology, entomology, geology and ecology.

Land Trust Annual Benefit Concert
Each year Nevada County Land Trust Stars benefit concert is eagerly anticipated. Considered by many as the event of the year, this is an outdoor music experience not to be missed. This year's bands are sure to please fans young and old. See event lineup for details.

Stewardship Workshops & Land Tours
Community education is ongoing throughout the year. Farm and land tours are hosted for members interested in viewing the lands which have been protected. Stewardship and timber zone management workshops help landowners understand the many preservation options available through working with the Land Trust.
